ARTICLE 20

EMPLOYEES WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

A. Adequate facilities will be provided, as feasible, so
that handicapped employees have easy access to their work sites
and other areas to which they may need to go from time to time.
This may include the provision of enlarged, marked parking spaces
close to the building, ramps, aisles, restrooms, handrails, and
other similar devices.

B. Before initiating performance-based adverse actions
against qualified handicapped employees with special needs, the
Agency will consider reasonable accommodations, which may include
the DoD Computer Electronics Accommodations Program (CAP) or
other similar programs.
