ARTICLE 24 MORALE/QUALITY OF WORK LIFE A. We recognize that the morale and quality of worklife for all employees is of primary importance. It is our common goal to achieve the following: 1. Consistency in communications 2. A high degree of morale 3. Improvement in working methods, conditions, and productivity 4. Demonstrated appreciation for day-to-day accomplishments. B. In order to reach our goal, the Labor-Management Committee will meet periodically and discuss issues and options that may enhance the quality of worklife.
