I request that a copy of the following documents (or documents containing the following information) in possession and custody of Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS) be provided to me:

DFAS Travel Vouchers filed by management and/or supervisory employees from 1 January 2001 through 31 January 2003. Redaction of Social Security numbers would be appreciated.
DFAS travel orders for each Travel Voucher filed by management and/or supervisory employees from 1 January 2001 through 31 January 2003. Again redaction of Social Security numbers would be appreciated.

In order to help to determine my status to assess fees, you should know that the American Federation Government Employees Council 171, a noncommercial, nonprofit, public interest group and asks that a waiver from search and copy fees be granted. If search and copy fees will be assessed please inform me via email (kelley.dull@dfas.mil) of the total fixed amount prior to applying such fees.
