There has been a complete failure to engage in
meaningful discussions with the elected representative of DoDs workers over
the planning, development, and implementation of NSPS.

One of the Pentagon's objectives in advancing NSPS is to construct a so-called "pay for performance", hire and retention system. I feel that this case of deceptive labeling.
Promotion and pay decisions are given over to the sole discretion of a supervisor, which creates an open door for corruption.
Here at Cherry Point, the facility has recently hired some retired Marine officers without competing the positions. The level of incompetence they demonstrate ridiculous. They are not assets to this facility and most likely never will be. I am a former US Marine as well and I do feel qualified to make this statement. Since issues as the aforesaid are happening under the current system what does the future hold?
