Comments:

The National Security Personnel System (NSPS) system will cost more to implement than repairing and fine tuning the old personnel system. It is designed to force the professional workers to seek employment outside the Federal sector. Workers will not be drafted by a fictious personnel system. NSPS forces deployment of people with families and ties to their communities. The NSPS draft itself is full of double talk no specifics or details on how this is going to work. The training methods, handicap programs, everything I read in the NSPS published is pervade with supervisor authority.
