not only me but there are 150 people in my department along with our supervisors and management. we do not want this program all it will do is creat a violent work area because of the power it will give management to allocate pay raises to there friends. and not to the people they dont like. not to mention the fact that we loose are rights with the unions and our comp-dates! I really would like to meat the people that came up with this why dont they go around and explain this to the working people? but remember it will creat a violent work area!!!
