I wanted to let anyone and everyone know that if the present proposal of changing the Federal Employees into the NSPS system is put into place, you will be jepordizing a great system. the Federal system as of now has been in place for 50 years and has worked well. I don't believe that if there is something wrong with the present system, that we should completely eliminate it. Change the areas that need fixing and press n. We don't need to spend millions of dollars at this time to impliment a system that will take away not all, but most of the federal employees rights and privilages. We in the Air National Guard (Dual Ststus Technicians) have a great way of doing business and protecting the National Security of this great nation. Lets not take that away from workers of America. Don't let Rumsfeld and Bush run roughshot with some crazy proposal such as NSPS. I truly believe that the plan for them is to eliminate the local and national unions and also to make us all an active duty force. If that is what they want, why dont they just make us all Active Guard Reservists.(AGR) Please stop this from going through and vote against the NSPS System
