My name is Jeff Gulvas, my father is an employee of Tobyhanna Army Depot, and I am writing to express some of my concerns with the new NSPS.

I am very concerned with several aspects of security with NSPS. Under the existing system, I know my dad's wages, leave, benefits and rights as a federal employee are secure. I know that he has a Union to represent him in the case he is treated unfairly by management. I know his retirement is secure. I know his seniority can help him from being laid off. All of these topics I have mentioned are uncertain with NSPS.
