This comment concerns section 9901.342(d). The definition and explanation of Performance payout is incomplete and may be misleading. The definition suggests that a payout will equal the number of shares assigned to an employee multiplied by the share value for that pay pool and fails to incorporate the current salary of the employee in the calculation. The calculation is actually more detailed than that. The formula should reflect multiplication of the number of shares assigned an employee x the value of the share x the employee's salary.
