Comments:

NSPS provide no safeguards for employees. In its attempt to provide a competitive work enviroment, it creates an enviroment of hostility and secrecy.

Under the existing system has been tested and has stood through all kinds of Wars, and battles.

Yet in designing NSPS there was not much thought in its implementation except that the system should be more like corporate America, which is fundementaly unfair, and provides major benefits both in position and pay to those at the top.

The people who work for the Government are not in it for material gain, or oneupmanship, or deception, but believe in the spirit of this great country and what it stands, freedom.

Freedom to pursue dreams of life in an enviroment that is free. This country has paid great price to be free and this freedom has made this the greatess country in this world and in this lifetime.

Yet this country has often stup to the lowest level in trying to right a wrong only to correct itself latter at a great cost.

NSPS takes away the freedom of Government employees piting them against one another. We will be so busy trying to please the supervisor and do what we are told without question there will be no time for the mission.

We can stop this right now by not implementing NSPS.
