The fundemental principle of DOD is balance of power. Whenever there was a predatory adversery our Military would match and bring down that power in the name of freedom.

When the adversary could not be brought down America would seek a balance of power. Balance of power also rules in great constitution with a form Government of of checks and balances. Congress makes laws, and the executive branch excutes these laws.

Balance of power of labor and management. Labor performs the work and management plans and designs and oversees the work.

Yet NSPS takes the rights of workers to be treated fairly and honestly by management. It takes one of the great systems of government and reduces it to one of greed and hostility.

This system seems to roll back the personnel system of wage grade to one of servitude of the supervisor and management. Where ones job is at the pleasure of the boss. The focus will be on pleasing him/her and instead of trying to do the best job possible.

Therefore NSPS should not be implemented.
