Comments:

1. NSPS has violated its own law by not negoating (collaboration) in good faith with the national unions.
2. The law is to vauge, has no specific details on pay, appeal rights, RIF and management training.
3. Employee's performance evaluation procedures are vauge at best unlike todays evaluation system.
4. Veterans Preferece is minimized under NSPS and and is considered secondary to everything else.
5. NSPS will eliminate current Reduction-in-Force (RIF) procdures.
6. Employees can deployed to combat areas at any time with little advanced notice without any appeal process and may even be dismissed if the employee does not aggree to it.
7.Due process rights of employees will severly restricted by NSPS.
8. Union represention rights of employees will unjustly be compromised by NSPS.
9. NSPS, according to DoD, NSPS will cost billions of dollars to implement, dollars desperately need to support our brave troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.
10. Our civilian work force has been the backbone of our country. NSPS will destabilize our workforce and weeken the war effort.
11. NSPS is to costly, to dangerous and it is not right for America in these troubled times!
12. We need to spend this NSPS implementation money for the right things, like equipment and weapons for our troops, Improving VA hospitals for our wonded troops and maybe reducing the national debt a little bit as well.
13. I personally think NSPS is the biggest waste of tax payers money of all time. This surpass's the Navy's regionalization of it's base's which is a big joke at best and will never save the Navy any money.
