I believe with all sincerity that the proposed action by NSPS is terribly misguided. We do not live in a perfect world. In our "imperfect" world individuals are often guided by personal prejudices, the need to have egos stroked, and the inability to separate personal opinions from business opinions.
Every system must have checks and balances - the proposed system has none. In my opinion, and that of many others, this proposed system gives supervisors the unlimited power to end your career, hold back monetary increases, etc., on a whim.

Please give this system another read.
