My comment concerning changes to the Federal Pay Scale.

No! No!! No!!! No!!!!!!!!!!!!
The system is not broke don't fixit.

Subpart C-- Pay and Pay Administration...
This new system links pay to
employees performance ratings and is
designed to promote a high-performance
culture within DoD.......
My Comments..
This is not a fair way. The person judgeing the performance will promote his or her favorites.

This is taking fairness out of the equation.

Some are impressed by beauty others by bravado neither one equates excellence... A person who is given the power to advance his or her friends is most likely to do so and high-proformance has nothing to do with it.

At least in the present grade and step increases I know what to expect. This pay banding is another way to advance the few (regardless of ability) and suppress the majority.

This whole proposal is setting labor rights back 100 years.. We no longer have a right to fair labor practices... The individual has no rights...
