Comments:

THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WOULD BE MAKING A BIG MISTAKE IN ALLOWING UPPER MANAGEMENT TO TERMINATE FEDERAL EMPLOYEES OR REDUCE THEIR PAY. MANAGEMENT IS QUICK TO POINT THE FINGER AT THE WORKERS WITHOUT THROUGHLY INVESTIGATING THE MATTER.
IF THE TRUTH WAS REALLY TOLD, MOST OF
MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE DEMOTED. THEY
ARE LAZY AND THEY DONT KNOW THEIR OWN JOB. MANAGEMENT SITS ON THEIR BEHINDS
DRAWING A FAT CHECK, THEY DO NOT KNOW
HOW TO MANAGE THEIR PEOPLE NOR DO THEY KNOW THEIR OWN JOB. HOW CAN YOU DISCIPLINE SOMEONE UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES. BEFORE THIS POWER
IS GRANTED TO THEM, THINK TWICE IT WOULD
BE A BIG INJUSTICE TO ALL FEDERAL WORKERS.
