I, BYRON A. NORFLEET SR., oppose N.S.P.S. reduction in pay for federal workers overall, to end of service protections, to end meaningful collective bargaing, to allow management to decide who get raises based on subjective criteria and changed work hours and civilian deployment at will, to cancel large portions of existing collective bargaining agreements, and to end senority rules on layoffs and reductions-in-force.
