I am all for the National Security Personnel System. Now the government will be run like a well oiled machine - not a tired old mule. Government workers will now be forced to strive for excellence when they know their job and job security/pay is on the line. With the National Security Personnel System in place the government will finally be run like every other business in America. There is no reason this shouldn't have been implemented a long time ago.
