The NSPS is a horrible idea. What is ironic is that NSPS will perpetuate the cronyism and favoritism that the GS system was implemented to eliminate! Why are we going back in time?

My supervisor has 25 employees, in widely varied functions, working for him. Does one really believe that he can give an accurate assessment of one's performance? I hate the thought that my ENTIRE raise is dependent on my supervisor's perceived evaluation of my performance. The NSPS will only further exacerbate a situation in our office where favoritism and nepotism is rampant.

It is grossly unfair to eliminate cost-of-living increases. These are very common, even in private industry. Cost-of-living increases at least allow us to marginally keep up with the inflation that this administration is perpetuating!

Please do NOT implement this hairbrained NSPS system!
