I STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH THE IMPLEMENTING OF THE NSPS SYTEM. TYHE WAY THINGS ARE RUN HERE AT DDJC IS UNFAIR ENOUGH AND AUTHORITY IS ALREADY BEING ABUSE, DON'T ALLOW THIS SYTEM TO DEMAGE THE WORK FORCE EVEN MORE.
