   DoD NSPS Comments:

  Please provide the evidence supporting your claim that the civil service as it is today has ever interfered with our mission to protect our country.  List at least one occassion where our country's security was put at risk due to our management system, describing exactly how our security was affected.  If you can't, then retract the statements in the Federal Register and tell the real reason for this rediculous proposal.
