  I'm both shocked and amazed at the Draconian changes that have been implemented at DOD.  Wholly eliminating rights that have been hard fought and negotiated over the last decades under the guise of creating a "better and safer environment for employees is outrageous. This is nothing more that union busting at its worst.  This sort of behavior is abominal and speaks only to one thing: an utter disregard for hard working individuals on whom we, as private citizens, rely day to day to protect and to serve their fellow citizens, usually at salaries far below what it will cost when these jobs are privatized.

  Rather than working with employees and their representative unions for improvements in the workplace, these changes will force endless litigation and bog the judicial system with case after case of employee abuse.

But what else can we expect given the current administration and its utter disdain for the workers in this country.
