  the u.s. government should be leading the free world in employee rights and privledges. i have worked for the government for 12 years  now and i have experienced the most immoral and unethical practices i have ever seen in a work environment (and i used to work in goddamned meat plant!). managers are paid exhorbitant salaries for little or no work at all, discipline is applied based on rumor and favouratism, employees lower on the gs scale are called to task for shortcomings  beyond their control, employeesa are expected to produce excellent results on computer systems that still run on 1970's technology, etc. etc. . if you enact this legislation you will be removing what little rights current federal employees have earned over the years (thanks to the unions).

  if you are one of the legislators proposing to enact this threatening egislation i invite you to come sit with me on the job and i'll show you what the truth is. i will not bullshit you. you have my information, call me sometime
