Comments are directed to Department of Defense (DOD) and Office of Personnel Management (OPM): I think this is so unfair to all Civil Service employees and their families. This is taking away all the justice and rights of every worker that's not in a supervisry position, if the supervisor has all the power then the employee is just like a slave. The fact that the supervisor knows that he is in control of your destiny is wrong and it makes me feel like it?s a descrimination plot to get back at the lower grade employees, that do the majority of the work anyway. My question is who is going to control the supervisor from harrassing and taking advantage of the employees, since the employees has no rights or say-so now? I feel it is an injustice to all lower grade employees, and hope that you will not do this to us.
