Comments:
1) Under performance base pay, how and who determines the performance payout from the performance pay pool and the number of assigned shares that an employee will have. What assurances will employees have that your performance payout will be based on performance and not other intangibles ( favoritism, good old boy system,etc...) 2) Under performance base pay, who and how initially determines the amount of money in the performance pay pool,what band a employee is in and his/her entitlement to assigned shares. 3) Under performance management system, how many times can a manager or supervisor change written elements or standards in a rating cycle. 4) Under performance base pay employees should be instructed on what is expected from each pay band and given the opportunity to reach the highest level of the classification and pay band prior to the new system being implemented.
