February 21, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I noticed that througout the proposed regulation, the Secretary gives himself sole, exclusive and nonreviewable authority. Since when does any ONE individual have such power? All references of the like should be removed, adding appropriate review to maintain a democratic checks and balances system. We have no place for tyrants in the U.S. Government! Sincerely,
