Department of Defense Docket Number NSPS-2005-001 Regulatory Information Number 3206-AK76 Subpart A - General Provisions, ? 9901.102 - Eligibility and Coverage, (b)(2) in relevant part states, "in accordance with the provisions of 5 U.S.C. 9902." How can we comment on this when "9902" is not available to use for review? 5 U.S.C. 9902 should be made available to us and the 30 review should start over as we cannot fully comment on these Proposals without it.
