Department of Defense Docket Number NSPS-2005-001 Regulatory Information Number 3206-AK76 Subpart A - General Provisions, ? 9901.102 - Eligibility and Coverage, (b)(1) in relevant part states, "in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 9902 (m)" How can we comment on this when "9902 (m)" is not available to use for review? It's like writing a blank check.
