Comments:
I don't like the way you NSPS takes my rights away to have the union bargain for me, bargain locality, protect me during disciplinary action, cut the time frame for management to get ride of employees. There's nothing wrong with the present system other than some bad supervisors and management employee relations personnel being over reactive and backing up management that the breaking the LAW. Supervisors need to be forced to follow the rules and not just the ones the want to.
