1 this system seems like it is a one man Dictatorship 2. I am not a Deployable asset as per this new personnel system when I got hired They asked me would I travel not that you will be sent to a War Zone on the whim of the Secretary of Defense I am not in the Military I am a civilian worker. 3. What is going on with Seniority that system says that they can send whom ever they want regardless of seniority . 4. what happen to the appeal process they said there is none now that you can get a lawyer to defend you they know most civilian workers cannot afford a protracted legal battle to get what is legally theirs. 5. what happen to Veteran Preference?? I am not a vet I was in the Pa. National Guard for 23 yrs but I still believe in the soldiers that where in the military should be entitled to that right. Is that eliminated because all his friend are non vets???? 6 what we are going to do for raises if the boss don't like you, you won't get any and all the people he personally likes will get double. 7 I seems that every right we had as government workers is being stripped away from us to us to substitute us for the military when and If they ever pull out from Iraq
