I'm not happy with this new personnel system you want to implement. I don't like the idea that my supervisor will have the authority and say so over my pay. Many of the supervisors are unfair with the treatment of employees and will only give raises to there friends and not necessarily to employees who are good workers. We presently see this with promotions and when thy give out award.
