I find it extremely unfavorable that after 19 years of being a government employee that I could be transferred, or even lose my job to younger people who have had no experience. I also find it very upsetting that a Supervisor can pull records from personnel to find out the ages of the people that are working for them. I tend to think that this is illegal. Personnel does release this information, and I don't believe that they should be able to.
