Department of Defense Docket Number NSPS-2005-001 Regulatory Information Number 3206-AK76 ? 9901.101 (a) states, "These regulations waive or modify various statutory provisions that would otherwise be applicable to affected DoD employees." I believe you should list all statutory provisions waived or modified by these regulations other than just grouping them all together by the term "Various". You can place the waived or modified statutory provision in the appropriate location within the text. If you don't do this, then at any given point down the road a dispute could arise over whether a particular statutory provision was indeed waived or modified or intended to be waived or modified.
