February 26, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: To put this as simple as I can ,because we all know the higher you go in the government the less likely you are to have any common sense or ability to think Independently. With the changes your going to make you will be creating an Army of ass kissing ,bobble head dolls so they get there raise and or promotions ,the lack of a independent 3rd party on appeals might be the same a Russia handles such things , All in all you are stepping on the Graves and hearts of men and women that died , got their heads bashed in ,lost there jobs and were considered an outcast fighting for workers rights ! To level the playing field so we don't have a king or queen holding our life?s in the palm of their hands with out recourse . Sincerely,A Decorated Combat Viet Nam Vet
