We have many excellent supervisors, but we also have some really bad ones. I'm afraid this system, in the hands of a bad supervisor, could be detrimental to some employees. What will the checks and balances be? How can you assure us that we will not be unfairly assessed? I have never been in a situation where a supervisor and I did not get along, but I have worked in areas where that has happened to others. What will happen if they are unfair in their judgement of an employee's efforts due to personal conflict? I just feel that we should have more recourse if something like that happens.
