I'm not happy the proposed NSPS takes my protective rights away from me as a union steward. I fight to make sure the products we manufacture and repair meet the standards for the war fighter so he can trust his life on the products to safely bring him home. Management tries at times to circumvent the system to meet schedules and you know they will be reprisal against me for holding them accountable.
