March 9, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I would like you to know one of my concerns: Federal Managers given the right to affect employees compensation. Think about it, how many good managers have you met in your career? Probably not very many, yet this system will give power to managers who can and probably will decide people's futures. I for one do not feel that ?pay for performance,? is the correct term. It should be called Paid for the Perception of relationship with supervisor. Please review, rethink and redo this very ackward legislation. Sincerely,
