COMMENTS ON PROPOSED NSPSS REGULATION RIN 3206-AK76/0790-AH82 This is an insult to all Federal Workers. I would like to believe the majority of us have the integrity and work ethics that justify salary increases as well as bonuses. If not, shame on our Supervisor/Managers for not doing their jobs. Please don't judge us by your work ethics. The problem now is so many of us have poor leaders who are not taking the time to evaluate their employees performance or taking the necessary action to ensure their employees get proper counseling on their job performance. If they are felling their employees now how will the employee feel confident that they will be fairly evaluated for job performance in the future? This will create a hostile work situation where "teamwork" will be forgotten and individualism will take over We already see the buddy system and nepotism in promotions and training opportunities throughout organizations. Federal Employees need to know they will be given a fair appeal process to challenge the performance and pay decision made by managers. Suggest Managers be evaluated by the NSPC with their salaries/bonus on the line to prepare them for the change in "pay performance". We already know our Senators and Congressmen vote for their own raises not the people.
