To whom it may concern: My name is and I am a government employee at a. I have read over the proposed regulation change and I strongly disagree with this type format that is going to presented for DOD change that is suppose to be providing National Security for the United Staes of America and its citizens and employeesIn my personnel opinion this change could and would in all probability break the trust that employees have in the Federal Government. Myself not taking ant political side on this issue in my personnel opinion this is a very bad idea. Thank you for your time.
