March 14, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: My name is My father is an employee of Tobyhanna Army Depot in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He's been a dedicated, hard-working federal employee for over 27 years. Before his Depot career, he was a combat veteran of Vietnam. For my father's sake, and for the sake of the many other federal workers, I would like to express my displeasure with NSPS. NSPS seems to be the beginning of the end for the federal employee. I feel that once it is set into place, the rights and benefits of the federal DOD worker will slowly dissolve. For years, my father had security of benefits, wages, leave and retirement, and I fear NSPS will weaken these things which he is fully entitled to. Sincerely,
