March 11, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I would like to formally express my displeasure with the proposed NSPS system which is slated to effect me. My name is and I am a DOD employee of Tobyhanna Army Depot. From what I have read of NSPS, much of the securities of my job, such as pay, retirement, benefits, the right to a Union, and my seniority are all in jeopardy. I would like it to be known that in future elections, a candidate's position on NSPS will weigh very heavily on my decision making. Sincerely,
