Attached are the official Department of the Navy (DON) comments on the proposed NSPS enabling regulations. Also attached are comments that we received from three of our major claimants. In those instances where we agreed with their comments, we have incorporated them in our official DON response. While we do not endorse all of their comments, we are forwarding the three claimants' submissions in their entirety for your consideration. We appreciate the opportunity to comment on the regulations and to be part of this major transformational initiative. <
