Comments:
Subpart F Workforce Shaping 9901.6012 to 9901.611 By changing the current lay/off and RIF rules DoD will loose stability with the present work force. This is a slap in the face to the DoD employees who want a career with the government. The present procedure is fair and gives balance credit to performance of the workers.
