Comments:
I believe the NSPS will hurt the Civil Service and unermine the mission of the DOD employees. Subpart C Pay, Sections 9901.301 to 9901.373 The employees in DOD should continue to receive the same annual pay that other GS/FWS workers receive. Our pay increases for performance should have percentages that employees understand and show us exactly what we are rated on. Subpart G Adverse Actions-9901-701-9901.810 When reviewing a termination or major suspension, to ensure fairness and due process, an independant body needs to be able to alter the propsed penalty if they find the proposed penalty unreasonable. The standars approved by the courts at this time should continue to be used.
