March 14, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: My name is and I am an employee of Tobyhanna Army Depot. If NSPS were to be implemented, I would be effected. I do not like many of the outlined proposals of NSPS. I am very concerned with the security of my seniority and retirement. I am afraid that I could be relocated to a new duty station with no justification. I am worried that my Union will lose it's say in alot of important matters here at the Depot. I am also worried about my wage security. The bottom line is that I do not trust the principles of NSPS, and honestly hope that it will not be implemented. Sincerely,
