Everything that I have read on the new system sounds terrible. It seems to be put all of the power into the hands of management and the employee's have no rights what so ever. I can see changes needing to be made in the current system but not this drastically and all at once. I also believe the current employee's should have grandfathered rights from the current system. It scares the hell out of me to be close to retirement and have a boss that may not like me and say, "your fired" with no recourse. I hope the powers to be look long and hard at the changes and consider some of the comments that have been made by the people be affected.
