I believe something has to be done to save the budget within the government. I work with so many folks who DO NOT deserve a raise what so ever. Unfortunately the Government has hired a lot of dumb worthless folks whom cannot be fired as they would file grievances etc. These people do less work then most, but continue to get the same WIGI's as the folks who work hard. I think it is a good idea that the president and congress has come up with. And, we cannot blame the current president, as this action has been in the pipe lines for the last 12 years.
