March 14, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: My name is and I am an employee of Tobyhanna Army Depot. I have some comments to share concerning NSPS. I would be very displeased if NSPS were to take effect. I cannot think of anyone here at Tobyhanna (about 3300 people) who is in favor of this system. Even though the current personnel system has it's quirks, NSPS looks flat-out BAD for DOD employees. We've already seen a push towards the privatization of our jobs, now a personnel system that jeopardizes our rights and benefits is looming. If the legislature of the United States wants to have thousands of angry Federal workers across the nation, it looks like they're doing a good job at achieving this! A candidate who supports NSPS is a candidate who will be behind in the race before the voting machines are even turned on! (3300+ Tobyhanna Army Depot Employees plus family and friends) Sincerely,
