Comments:
One issue that needs to be addressed is the difficulty civilians have in communicating with and initiating changes concerning their personnel and pay issues. It is very time consuming and labor intensive to do so in most circumstances. The website is not the answer. There are times when you actually would prefer to discuss issues with a specialist in the field either in person or at least by phone. We are short changed in this area.
