Department of Defense Docket Number NSPS-2005-001 Regulatory Information Number 3206-AK76 Subpart E - Staffing and Employment, ?? 9901.501 - 9901.516: Congress should make DoD and OPM establish concrete guidelines for probationary periods and all periods should be equal for all employees. Without such guidelines, management can discriminate against employees doing the same jobs.
