March 10, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: I would like to express my feelings on the new way , you are trying to change the DOD system, change is good, if you are trying to help, but the change you are trying to do is not helping, this will hurt every gs/wg employee. I am a single parent, I CAN NOT afford to have my pay reduces, no overtime, no pay raises, and God forbid, if it depends on your supervisors, what if your supervisors do not like you? Then what? What is in this for you, because you are not looking out for the best intrest of your workes, how could you even suggest something like this, well I guess, if it does not effect you personal it does not matter. PLease think before you make such a awful mistake, you will cost people there lively hood. Think about our family, put yourself in our shoes.... Sincerely,
